Habitat for Humanity Welcomes New Board Members

Troy, Ohio July 2, 2025 — Scott Barr, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Miami and Shelby Counties is pleased to share the addition of six dedicated community leaders and professionals to the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors starting in June. Joining the board are Ali Rittenhouse of Creative Marketing Strategies, Dale Luebke of Minster Bank, Kalob Cavanaugh of Kasi Services, Sean Rank of D+S Construction, Joe Wolf retired Precision Strip President, and Brian Homan of Clopay Corporation. These appointments bring diverse experience and fresh perspectives that will support the organization’s continued growth and mission to put God’s love into action, bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

New Board Members:
Kalob Cavanaugh is a faith-driven entrepreneur, devoted family man, and founder of Kasi Services, a thriving commercial cleaning company based in Troy, Ohio. Built on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and purpose, Kalob created Kasi Services not only to provide high-quality cleaning solutions, but to create opportunities for others and leave a lasting impact on his community. Outside of business, Kalob is a proud husband and father who values faith and family above all else. He believes that success starts at home, and he’s passionate about building a legacy his children can be proud of.
Brian Homan is the Vice President of Sectional Manufacturing at Clopay. He’s been with the company for 27 years, taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities over the years that led him to his current leadership position. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Wright State University. He lives in New Bremen, Ohio, with his wife, Crystal, and their four kids. He is currently a member of the Door & Access Systems Manufacturers Association (DASMA), where he stays connected with industry standards and best practices in the garage door industry. He is also a member of World Mission for Christ Church, which supports various ministry initiatives. Over the years, Brian has volunteered for multiple fundraising events both through the church and his children’s school, helping organize activities and contribute to community support efforts. These experiences have allowed him to stay engaged both professionally and personally in causes that matter to him and his family.
Dale Luebke Chairman, President, and CEO of Minster Bank, began his tenure with Minster Bank in 2002. His banking career started in 1986, and he has established himself as a respected leader in the industry. Luebke has served on many local and state executive boards throughout the years. He is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Ohio Bankers League and is active on the board of the Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics and the Fort Loramie Community Improvement Corporation. Luebke is a past Chairman and Board Member of the Joint Township Hospital Board of Trustees, past board chair and member of the Ohio Bankers League Bank Services Board, past Chairman and member of the Shelby County United Way, and served on the Ohio Living Dorothy Love Advisory Council. He is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and actively participates in various civic and auxiliary organizations. He and his wife, Nancy, reside in Ft. Loramie.
Sean Rank is the co-owner of D&S Construction, a family-owned company based in Sidney, Ohio. Working alongside his father, Doug Rank, Sean continues a proud multi-generational legacy in the building industry, bringing over 40 years of combined experience in residential and commercial construction. He is a past president of the Western Ohio Homebuilders Association and has been an active member of the Sidney Boat Club for nearly two decades.
Beyond his work in construction, Sean is deeply committed to the Sidney community. He and his wife, Tiffany, have led several restoration projects, including the recent full renovation of a 100-year-old home just north of town—a true family effort that reflects their love for heritage and craftsmanship.
Sean and Tiffany are proud parents to three daughters—Leta (14), Eva (9), and Elly (7). Together, the family enjoys outdoor adventures including camping, boating, hiking, and biking. Sean also ensures his girls love motor toys like quads and snowmobiles!

Ali Rittenhouse is the co-owner of Creative Marketing Strategies, a full-service marketing agency specializing in digital and print marketing solutions for nonprofits. With 18 years of experience in marketing, Ali is passionate about helping organizations grow their impact through creative and strategic campaigns. She is dedicated to supporting her community and is excited to contribute her expertise to the Habitat for Humanity of Miami and Shelby Counties Board. Ali is a proud mom to one daughter and enjoys being part of a bonus family with her partner and his two kids.

Joe Wolf is a native of Minster, OH. A 1980 graduate of The Ohio State University, Joe earned a bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his career in engineering with Armco Steel in Middletown, OH in 1980 where he was involved in steel-making equipment design. Joe left Armco to join Precision Strip in 1985 and was active in the growth and success of the company from a one-plant operation with 50 employees in 1985 to a company with 15 facilities operating in six states and over 1200 employees. Joe held various positions with Precision Strip over his career and served as President until his retirement in early 2021.
Joe has been active in community organizations over the years. He is a retired advisory board member of the Coldwater Machine Company and served on the board of directors of the Auglaize-Mercer County YMCA. Joe has been active as a board member of Otterbein Senior Living and recently retired from the corporate board after 12 years of service. Joe joined the Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair volunteer group early in 2024. He resides in the Fort Loramie area with his wife Sandy. They have been married 43 years and have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

All are company owners or executives that can provide guidance and oversight. They join the board with strong community service backgrounds.
The six are joining a talented team of dedicated board members that include Chairman Mike Lochard, President of Lochard Inc.; First Vice Chair Chad Hollinger, Chief, City of Sidney Fire Department; Second Vice Chair Paula Hill, Owner and Realtor of Homes by Hill Fathom Realty; Immediate Past Chair Gustavo Menezes, Director of Planning and Development at Copeland; Treasurer Nick Barley, CPA and Partner at Kentner Sellers LLP; Secretary Chris Ellington, Attorney at FGKS Law; and members Sharon Brulport, Public Assistance Administrator of Miami County Job and Family Services; Jackie Davis, Loan Officer at NRL Mortgage; Jason Haak, Superintendent and CEO of the UVCC; Eileen Hix, Pastor at Sidney First Methodist Church; and Seth Middleton, self-employed developer and farmer.

Habitat for Humanity of Miami and Shelby Counties is a local nonprofit organization meeting all Habitat for Humanity International standards. We are an equal housing lender.
